I had Triple Tech out for an issue with my air conditioner , after a phone conversation they quick getting to my house quick diagnosing the problem and even quicker fixing the problem no complaints I’ll be using triple tech again when needed. I came to find out I had friends that already used Clarence to install a central air unit.

This was the 5th company I called, everyone else either didn’t call me back or seemed less than enthusiastic about coming out over the weekend. Loved that the owner actually answered the phone personally (not a call center) and came out 2 hrs later and I had AC working within 40 min. Would definitely use again!

Clarence and the team were responsive, on-time, communicative, respectful, and informative. When the AC goes out in your home during the summer, it becomes a clear commodity and necessity. They knew how to fix the problem - seemed very understanding and even made a trip out on a Sunday to prepare for their work on Monday/Tuesday. Professional is an understatement. Gurnee/Lake County area is lucky to have a genuine Black-owned service like this one.
