I am a frequent customer at brow art. however I was very disappointed with my last visit. They left patches in my eyebrows and made my brows uneven. my right eyebrow looks horrific and I cannot leave the house without using a brow pencil. very sad about this

They have the worst customer service. They are rude and don’t care about customers. One of the places had my eyes glued together. The two ladies were talking and not paying attention to my eye brows. Then today, I tried to get my eyebrows done at the other one in the mall and they obviously tried to discourage me from getting my eyebrows done. They don’t care about your business. They ignore customers. I just turned around and walked away. I’ll goto Walmart tomorrow. I’ll never goto this place again. The women working there need to be fired. Where is the owner. He needs to know about how bad they treat potential customers.

Worst place ever the lady on the right, last chair
She wear glasses, well still she can see clear
Since she didn’t do a good cleaning on my eyebrows and upper lips it also let my skin red and peel
Came home with pelos everywhere
