My first time coming here was amazing, but this time not quite. The African American lady at the printer's counter with the burgundy and black hair was rude for absolutely no reason and acted as if she didn't want to assist me for something i've been helped with here before. As an African American woman myself it's disappointing to get that kind of service from one of my own. This resulted in me leaving without the paper work i needed. As a business owner, hire people who actually want to work please! It will only make your business thrive.

HOW is this place still in business?! I asked the print clerk about pricing for a print job, she told me "I don't know, you'll have to check online." Excuse me, for disturbing you while you do nothing, I mistook this for a place of business. Why don't YOU get off YOUR lazy butt and check a price on one of those abundant pcs behind the counter, and earn your paycheck! So I went to FedEx Office.

It's one of those it's an office max they have an abundance of office supplies. The shelves were stocked and the store was clean. The employees were nice though. I went mid morning to get some printing done. They have self print capabilities but for bigger projects I use the employee at the print desk. He was very helpful and made sure the job was done correctly for me before he charged. I was able to look things over to make sure I had everything. I needed copies made and a pdf. Having an employee to do that job made my time in the store a breeze so I wasn't standing in the self print area trying to figure it out on my own. If I need printing done this is my go to.
