I believe it was already two years ago and they installed 3 basement windows, 2 entry doors and 2 screen doors and we were blown away by the attention to detail and quality installation. We plan to have them quote a couple more windows and one day I dream of them replacing all our windows on the house. I have had a number of contractors work on my house over the last few years. Of all these, Next Level Windows is the best! Marcos and his crew were professional, courteous, and their work is top notch! NLW's pricing was also very competitive. I would hire them again in the future.One final note. I value good customer service, and NLW delivered on that! When I ran out of a particular siding that I had ordered (BTW, NLW does siding as well.), Marcos went out of his way to locate additional material so we could finish the project on time!I am thankful to have found NLW. Marcos and his crew are the best!

Nex Level Windows installed three basement windows and a back storm door. The team was professional. Everything looks great! My basement windows were those old blurry block style ones and I'm pressed they made no mess when breaking them apart or st least cleaning up very well afterwards. I also know their price was great compared to some bigger window corporations. Most communication was done through email and it was always timely.
