This company is so unprofessional starting with Peter (the owner). He's an alcoholic and all he cares about is your money! He's wasted all day so good luck if you're trying to contact him because he won't be there to answer any questions you might have about your cleaning. Of course there's a secretary (Keri) but she also won't answer phone calls or emails, she works from home so she really doesn't care she knows her Boss is drunk so he won't know. Been using MaidPro for a few years now and an very satisfied. Letty and her crew are great. They do a good job at a reasonable price. I personally leave the house when they get here so as not to get in their way. I don't worry about a thing as I trust them completely.

Well, well, well, looks like I have a pre-review to share. And no, I'm not one of those picky customers who nitpick every little thing. But when the lack of attention to details at the office level makes me wonder if the service team will show the same level of care, I start to worry. I mean, it's not rocket science, people. Sales force and service teams should talk to each other, right? Apparently not in this case.To top it off, I had to reschedule for the next day even though I cleared my schedule for the date they offered. The excuse? Polite apologies and a meager "I'm sorry, Mr...." Seriously, that's all you got? Well, let's hope... read full review
