I hired Joe to lower my kitchen sink drain due to putting in a new 10" deep sink. When I realized I would have to lower the drain, I knew I was at my wits end. Joe came out 30 minutes early for my appointment and got to work right away. He successfully lowerd the drain, put in all new shutoffs, a cleanout, reinstalled my new garbage disposal, reset my stainers, and piped the system in under 2 hours. We had a great conversation while he worked. I was expecting a bill around $500 but Joe invoiced me only $370. I felt compelled to round up to $400 because I was so satisfied with his work.
