The staff at JBS was misinforming patients regarding insurance coverage to encourage additional treatments. All payments are calculated at the time of visit to determine coverage and patient out of pocket. However after months of treatments, it turns out they were providing incorrect information and casually dropped a hefty bill. It is a shame, because this causes patients to not trust medical practitioners. Seems they are more about making money that healing their patient. Very disappointing.

Dr Shaw, April, and Regina are world class! I have been to dozens of doctors and alternative medicine practitioners all over the US and abroad for my previous chronic health issues, and this is one practice in a handful that I trust. I went from my deathbed to complete health, it took many years with many pitfalls, a lot of discipline and daily commitment but I got more than my perfect health back. Can't say enough about Dr. Shaw and her staff. This a group of the most caring and nice people you will ever find. I have seen many chiropractors over the years and she is hands down the best. She truly cares about each patients health and well being.
