Had a clogged drain for the septic and they came out in the middle of the night on a Saturday, within a couple hours. Unclogged the drain and used the camera to show everything and explained what was wrong.Very professional. Explained everything well and explained the best steps for preventative maintenance
There have been I think fived projects I hired C.A.B. Backflow Plumbing to complete in the last year and a half. After they completed the first project, I knew I had found my new plumber. Chris is excellent at explaining the details of a project, all of the available options, pros and cons, costs and longevity of each option. He did a great job installing and hooking up the new wall-mounted electric hot water heater. The electrician I hired commented on the quality of the pipework. With the new heater and upgraded electricity I now have lots of hot water, without the carbon footprint of the old gas heater!
I can’t say enough good things about Chris and the team at CAB Backflow. We needed a new install of a vanity and toilet in the basement, and his team was so easy to work with to get it scheduled and done. Chris was beyond professional, took his time, and shared what he was doing, and why. He gave us recommendations and suggestions of things to think about moving forward and was obviously knowledgeable of what he was doing. Do yourself a favor and go with them, you won’t regret it!!
