I wasn’t home when he came, but he left a detailed written invoice and then called me the next day to further discuss the repairs needed. The technician seemed knowledgeable, however, I was taken aback by the fact that he only had prices prepared for a replacement estimate, not for a repair estimate, which was the service I was seeking from their company. When the owner was informed about my dissatisfaction, she was eager to reach out to me to explain that they are under new ownership and this isolated mishap occurred due to a transition to a new software. “Great service at this location East Peoria staff is awesome.......Today 4/13/20 My backpack sprayer broke .The East Peoria location had a few ideas : how they could help me get back to it....Great service . I was so happy ,I purchased another one ,for my tech....... Again great service , I called in a few minutes later, my order was ready…… OK today is August 17 I am in here regularly. I generally deal with Matt and Billy. As Dwayne expertise is irrigation but he’s always willing to help me. Other staff members were helping other customers are on conference calls. Duwayne was amazing I bought $1000 worth of products I think it took him all of a minute and a half to ring me up and help me carry my products to the truck. Couldn’t ask for any better“

“Naturescape did an Aeration on my lawn. While doing it the employee hit one on my baby Aspen trees putting a large gash in the tree. I understand that accidents can happen. But getting to the point why I would recommend this company is because the next day the manager come out and sincerely apologized about the mistake and asked "What would you like us to do to take care of this?" I said it would be best to replace the tree and with no argument he said "Then that is exactly what we will do. He said he didn't want to put a band-aid on the problem and was up front about the issue which I greatly appreciated. I have been doing business with Naturescape going on fifteen years and in those fifteen years there have some been problems but they have always been quick to correct the situation. Lastly they do great work. We are all human and won't always be perfect. “Ryan was terrific! He responded to my quote request very quickly. He came to the house on time/ early to provide an in person and written quote. He was able to order & pick up the items needed for the work. He replaced a back door for us, repaired siding that was falling off the house, put up fencing around our back porch where. Critter was digging and he repaired our dishwasher. I paid him half up front with the quote, then the other half when the job was completed. I have already scheduled him for our next project!
