My roof was missing shingles, holes in certain areas and just overall bad storm damage- it was also roughly 20 years old, the insurance company refused to replace the roof and just wanted to repair the bad parts. I argued the point for full replacement and they denied it. I met Adam Edward from X-eSS Exteriors (Public Adjusters) and explained my story, they took a look at my roof and said that they would work with the insurance company on getting this situation resolved and did not understand why they were denying the replacement for the roof. X-eSS was recommended to me by a friend. A adjuster named Adam shows up and after that everything was taking care and of. He was honest about what they could do for me and so far he was spot on! Adam and the company he works for has handled everything from filing with insurance company , to the inspections, to the approval of the claim. After months of just trying to get a company to show up for a estimate ( which was a lot harder than it should of been) To now X-eSS getting ready start replacing my roof. So far this has been a great experience for me. Thank you X-eSS and Adam!

The process went well. They are Public Adjusters, and worked through my insurance company to get the repairs taken care of, due to storm damage. The staff was professional, informative, and eager to answer any questions I had. The crew that did the work was punctual, professional, and efficient. It was quite a nice experience and I would recommend them to friends and family.
