Horrible! Frauds! These people will "promise" and "yeah yeah" if you ask about having a stain removed from a shirt via dry-clean. They will take your money even if no stain is removed. Then Peter and wife/mother will deny they ever promised and will give NO refund. So what exactly did I pay for, an attempt at cleaning at a "professional" place?
Sure, $4 won't break my bank, but why lie to me? Then they said its my fault, and started to point fingers at me. This is customer service?
