“This place ain't bad at all. You guys are at a doctors office in wal-mart. What did you expect? It is gonna be long wait (sometimes) cause there are only two rooms. Just relax or go else where. “A friend was visiting a doctor, and I was waiting for her. There is a Ukrainian and a Russian working at the registration desk, so it is convenient for people who are still lost in English. My friend is very pleased with the doctor, I liked the work of the girls at the registration desk. I heard their communication with clients, they try to help each patient as much as possible. They are always prompt when responding to my millions of emails and they never make me feel d*** for any question I ask. Caroline RN in particular has been a shoulder to lean on during scary times while I was pregnant and even after. She goes above and beyond her job description to make me feel safe, understood and welcome. She is a genuinely good person and truly a fantastic addition to the team.
