I called Elliott to lower my kitchen drain to accommodate a new garbage disposal, which he supplied. He came right out to give me a quote - which was quite fair - and then came the next day to install it. He is very responsive and texts you when he is on his way. He tested for leaks and even went out of his way to run to the store for some spray foam insulation because he wanted to make sure there weren't going to be any issues with the outside wall/freezing pipes. The toilet at work was having issues. Elliott came to my employer's office to take a look. He was able to diagnosed the problem very quickly. He sent us a quote within a couple of days and had a new toilet installed the following week. He was able to spot another problem regarding our tile. Very professional company. Reasonable prices. Top of the line expertise. Highly recommended for business and residential use.

Called for a broken water heater, its was an emergency! I left a message the night of and received a call back promptly that evening. Then first thing in the morning I had a brand new 40 gallon water heater for a flat rate. Elliott was in and out in 2 hours. I cannot be happier. 10/10 service.
