“Jerry recently completed our fireplace surround, installation of a new mantle, closing off an old TV cabinet and installation of TV mount and soundbar, and some other touchups around the fireplace (flooring). This may not seem like a lot, but he is very meticulous so that every edge is perfectly aligned without odd cuts in the stone veneer. He completed the project in 5 days as originally estimated.We have used Jerry for 3 projects in the past 3 years and he will continue to be our go-to handy man for big and small renovations in our house. We love his work, work ethic, and fact that he sees the project through from start to finish.“

“They did a great job fixing my house. My rotten deck and the skirt of the house was giving me headaches for last 10 years. My house originally was billed wrong, there were leaks that rotted the wood all around bandrepaintedalcony door and around deck. These guys replaced everything to my liking and most importantly to my wife's liking. They replaced all rotten wood, build the new deck, Replaced housewrap and siding with all elaborate corners around power outlets and light fixtures, Replaced the drywall and repainted the room. I am very picky when it comes down to details, and these guys did everything to perfection. Moreover, what got me was the owner contacted me after each workday inquiring if everything OK and if I have any questions about what is happening at my house. I had many contractors, some are good some were OK, but these DMC guys exceeded all expectations one might have when hiring contractors. I watch the work on my days off, and what got me that workers were fixing the house as though they doing it for themselves. DMC construction just blew my mind with the quality of work ! “Our garage, built in 1973 and expanded in 1996, had a concrete floor that was uneven and deteriorated. Tom came out and spent a huge amount of time grinding and preparing the 4-car concrete floor before installing the moisture barrier coating. The following 2 days he applied an epoxy floor material with a gray blend flake that looks spectacular! The site was left cleaned up and perfect. “Waldron Construction did an incredible job with the renovation/remodel of our kitchen and first floor. They performed a full gutting of the kitchen, which involved taking a closed 90's-era design and opening it up greatly, including the design of a beautiful kitchen island that maintained ADA-compliance in a challenging space, movement of ventilation to allow for much larger pantry space, and easily some of the most beautiful cabinetry I have ever seen - floor to ceiling wood grains that stun and delight our guests today.

As you likely can guess, this was a much higher end project than is the norm in this area. The tiles, finishes, and appliances we used were all high-end (Fireclay tile, custom cabinetry and trim, Miele appliances). Execution was crucial. And yet, from the cabinetry hugging the appliances perfectly, the 10" custom fresh air ventilation for our 1000 CFM range hood, to an incredible floor reconditioning effort, to the quartz countertops and the custom waterfall around a supporting post, the entire space looks and feels high-end - elevating the entirety of the living experience as a result.

Finally, I cannot sing enough praise for Angie Caton our designer. She worked tirelessly, diligently on multiple schemes and designs that helped us overcome significant design constraints to orchestrate the pieces required for an incredible result.

“Mike & the guys did a great job! We had them wash the floors and apply the Bona HD sealer while we were away for spring break. We moved all the furniture to one side of the house before we left, they came in and did the first half on Monday. They came back in Thursday, moved all the furniture to the other side of the house and did the other half. We then put it all back together on Sunday after our vacation (minus the rugs). Floors look great (and sound great too as the product has a sound dampening effect that significantly reduces echoing), and the furniture was clearly handled with care. We put the rugs back down a couple weeks later and we're very happy with the result and the whole process. They even did a great job letting us know each day they were here when it was safe for the cat sitter to walk on the floors. Definitely recommend these guys.“
