“I’ve been a mechanic for over 15 years and that type of work really took a toll on my body. I felt like my whole right side had a flat tire, my knee was hurting, my hip, even herniated a disc all on the right side of my body. We first took X-rays and he told me to stand straight upon review of X-rays my whole spine was leaning towards the right, was even taller on left side than the right from all the pressure. I was recommended to dr Risner and let me tell you after 1 session all that pressure on my right side of my body was gone. After this experience I recommend everyone see a chiropractor you really don’t know the toll body takes from sitting, standing or any activities. I also appreciate how she will educate you on techniques and anatomy before administering care. I always feel better after my adjustments when i leave there. Second, she has been incredibly accommodating of my needs as a new mom. I don’t have childcare yet, but she lets me bring my daughter to our sessions. She goes above and beyond by engaging with my baby. For example, today she finished feeding her and cleaned off a toy that was dropped on the floor because I couldn’t get off the table mid treatment. Amazing level of compassion and support that allows me to seek treatment without childcare.“

“If you want real answers and results, I suggest you contact Dr. Shepherd. My wife took me to see Dr Shepherd. While he was treating me for a herniated disc he mentioned that my wife looked lethargic and that he could help her. With some coaxing she agreed and he treated her on the spot. “I started seeing Olivia for Acupuncture for chronic migraines after a TBI when my neurologist blew me off. She took her time, listened to my story, validated my pain and fears, and helped me find relief in acupuncture and eventually referred me into Chiropractic, Massage, and Physical Therapy. With the nature of the migraines and the severity of the TBI/pain, sometimes I have to go into the hospital or cancel at the last second.
