“My husband and I recently purchased our first home under the impression that the roof was only 1-2 years old. It passed the home inspection, but cut to 1.5 months later, we had a leak in our kitchen. Unfortunately we learned the previous owner installed the roof himself, leaving us with no warranty. We had multiple companies come out and give us bids. Angelo came out the same day I filled out a contact form, provided such great attention to detail, and found more flaws in the roofing system than anyone else. He was so great about answering any questions we had that we immediately knew we wanted to work with him and team at Flat Roof Company. Our current budget allowed us to repair the roof and the work was fantastic. The team finished in 3 hours! I look forward to keeping up with routine inspections and working with the Flat Roof Company when it’s time to have a new roof installed.“

After a quick assessment Joe shared some alarming photos and information on my 15+ year old roof. After years of wear and tear and a recent storm my roof needed to be replaced. We were originally going to go with another company, but the other company could not get the red shingles to match our exterior home, they had a couple week wait time to replace the roof, and they were being shady about pricing......So, we considered our options.......My hubby did his research and found SPARTAN ROOFING, and we are so glad he did!!!SPARTAN ROOFING is top notch!!
