Our AC recently had a problem just before warmer weather was going to roll in, and previous contractors I've had have either retired or are absolutely horrible to work with. Upon seeing a couple of mentions and the fact that they service Carrier equipment, I decided to give McFarland a try.
Just to make sure it's understood, I've worked in the service industry myself for close to 40 years, managed service professionals all over the world, and I'm considered a master of Customer Experience principals. I have to say that this has been one of the BEST customer experiences I've ever had!

Having the A/C give up the ghost when it's brutally hot is every homeowner's nightmare. McFarland lived up to their name and kept us comfortable. Every one of their staff were exceptional in every way. I'm so glad they were my first (and only) call.
I am pleased I chose McFarland when purchasing my new furnace. Todd was very helpful and informative, which made the process much easier. Jeff and Reed worked quickly installing the new one and answered all of my questions. Everyone was friendly and very professional. I highly recommend!
