Just to make sure it's understood, I've worked in the service industry myself for close to 40 years, managed service professionals all over the world, and I'm considered a master of Customer Experience principals. I have to say that this has been one of the BEST customer experiences I've ever had!
We were able to get same day service, even though we've never used them previously, the tech was there promptly, prices were reasonable, and the service was just outstanding with no pressure from someone trying to "up-sell" us to things we don't need. Our technician Jeff, was outstanding in every respect, really knew his stuff, was right up-front about everything that was going on, had excellent communication skills, and was just downright great to be around and work with.
