Yesterday my husband tested positive for Covid, was told to treat it like a cold. He's worse today. Two calls to our insurance nurse line were surprised he didn't get more assistance due to his other issues bc paxlovid reduces the length of illness and helps to prevent hospitalization. I'm deeply saddened that our walk in clinic (where you have to make an appointment) didn't convince me of a high level of professionalism. My husband had sufficient indicators for more concern.
Everyone has been very friendly. The wait was non-existent on a Saturday afternoon. This was my second visit in the last couple months, both visits had no waiting and I was in and out within 20 minutes.
Brought my nephew in due to being sick. He is terrifed of being checked for Covid (bad experience in the past.) The nurse comforted him, and did not hurt him at all. Love their Doctor also. Great personality!!! Will come back in the future.
