“We made an appointment to have Joe Courtney from Jacob come out to give us ideas for improving safety in our master bathroom. Once he arrived and saw that we have a new home (8 years) and didn't really need a "remodel", he could have just politely left without offering help with our needs. He did NOT just leave! When more damage was discovered, I was informed and the material costs were adjusted. Once on site, the crew worked on consecutive days to complete the repairs. After the foreman called to check on the finished work, I told him about two minor finishing details that were addressed and completed to my satisfaction within days. This crew showed up when they promised, worked in weather that wasn't always ideal and did a great job.
