We had a blockage in our master shower drain. They arrived when they indicated they would, the two gentlemen that came were kind, professional and so helpful. They would not stop until they had the blockage cleared. It turns out it was a bottle cap in the line. He managed to fish it out, cleaned the line, all in under an hour. I will recommend them and should the need arise, use them again.

We had an emergency situation with our sewer line collapsing. We called a plumbing contractor that had replaced all of our plumbing and water lines last year. Long story short, they did not open drain after 3 hours and we were going to be without plumbing for 1 week. We were referred to Baileys Sewer and Water by a friend and they were here by 8:15am. They ran a power snake, cleared the line then ran a camera to show us the problem. They were done in less than hour and will come back to repair the line asap. They are definitely a 5 star business. I would recommend them to anyone with a sewer or water issue. They are honest, reliable and very reasonable!!
