Went with Custom Air for a new AC/Furnace/Humidifier, and glad we did. Craig got us set up and Sam & Skylar were here for the install. All of them were great to work with. Very professional, explained everything well, provided pros/cons for all of the options available, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. I plan on continuing to use them for service in the future!

I have had allergy issues in my home for quite some time. I was in need of new ductwork and an ERV (which is a device designed to improve indoor air quality and energy efficiency by exchanging stale indoor air with fresh outdoor air while simultaneously recovering heat or coolness from the outgoing air stream). They inspected the house and provided a quote. They replaced EVERYTHING that was old and rusty, and also installed an ERV in my house.

Honestly, I highly recommend this company for the service. They were reliable, punctual, and specific on the problem unlike other companies. They’re very organized on scheduling people out at the promised time range.
