The gentleman who showed up was on time and I was notified ahead of time. He was very thorough with cleaning and checking the equipment and he provided me with good advice about use of the equipment.

We were pleased with the clarity provided regarding the work to be done at our home. Mike took the time to explore options to best meet our needs. The job has not yet been started but so far so good.
