Ruby M at the front desk was extremely rude and lacked any ability to build rapport with patients. She was discussing my personal health concerns at a volume I was very uncomfortable with and answered my questions in a judgemental and aggressive tone. I didn’t care how long the wait was I was not going to be seen here after she spoke to me like that, she should not be working in healthcare. Other than this bad experience the location and building is nice and I have had many positive experiences with northwestern in the past.
Dr was super nice and cordial. Put an effort to talk about “things” while communicating super clearly what needed to be conveyed. A little surprised how nice the whole encounter was.
I have to say that every time I go to Northwestern Glenview outpatient center. It's pretty easy. the receptionist and staff are always nice courteous and friendly. I see Dr. Dana Wood regularly there and she has to be the best doctor I've ever seen. The location is convenient. It's right next to the Costco where I have my pharmacy in GLENVIEW and it has ample parking.
