Everyone is so nice and professional. Love the atmosphere and the level of care received here from check in to check out. Just don't come early, they won't call you until your appointment time.
There are a lot of negative reviews posted here. This morning, February 8th, I had an appointment on the fourth floor. After I entered the fourth floor I was called up to the check-in desk right away. The lady that helped me was Lisa. She was polite, helpful and took care of me in a short time. The MD and nurse were also great. No complaints.
I have to say that every time I go to Northwestern Glenview outpatient center. It's pretty easy. the receptionist and staff are always nice courteous and friendly. I see Dr. Dana Wood regularly there and she has to be the best doctor I've ever seen. The location is convenient. It's right next to the Costco where I have my pharmacy in GLENVIEW and it has ample parking.
