Mr. Duct has serviced our ductwork several times over the years. Consistently, from the first phone call to the time of post-job follow up, the entire staff is friendly and professional. They all actually seem happy to be at work. The technicians explain what they are doing and keep you apprised of the job’s progress while in your home. While I have not encountered any issues, the fact that they follow up to ensure that I was satisfied makes me think that they would act to make things right if necessary. I will be calling them back again in the future. That’s the most compelling endorsement I can make.

Mr. Duct did an excellent job removing a large bird's nest along with a great deal of lint from my dryer vent on an exterior wall 30 feet high. A vent guard was installed to prevent future bird's nests from forming. I will definitely contact them again the next time I requires a cleaning.
