Thanks to Doctor Joshua Herz, now my vision is super good, he performed surgery on both of my eyes, it was a complete success. The attention of the staff who treated me was very respectful and I felt at home, very friendly and professional. The resection lady was very kind and attentive; All my questions were answered. Once again, thank you very much to everyone who made my surgery procedure possible. I want to say that with Doctor Joshua Herz there will be good hands
Dr. Herz is without a doubt one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable doctors I've met. I recently took my mother to NorthShore Hospital for cataract surgery on both eyes and everything turned out great! Dr. Herz's knowledge and expertise in opthalmology is exceptional. He explained my mother's eye condition and answered all of our questions. The surgery was performed with the utmost care and the entire staff was incredibly kind. We could not have asked for a better outcome. With Dr. Herz you're in excellent care.
I have had nothing but great experiences with dr hertz. He did my Lasek 7 years ago and I've consulted with him since and he was honest and talked me out of further Lasek adjustments which I thought was a good call and i appreciated his honesty Ps: I suspect not a whole lot of people take the time to write positive reviews of their doctors on yelp. I did not find him arrogant or aloof at all.
