Lindsey Portugal was extremely patient and intuitive and when trying to help my mom that has severe hearing loss. After testing multiple hearing aid brands Lindsey was able to help choose and adjust aids that helped enormously. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you!
I am presently a hearing aid patient who recognized replacement was necessary. A colleague, whom I respect, recommended Dr. Samuels at Hearing Professionals of Illinois. Five stars for Dr. Samuels! The process began with updating my hearing with tests. This was followed by a selection of aids with clear advantages and disadvantages of the choices with ample time (weeks) to try various appliances.
