I wish I had found GhFitlab earlier than I did. Due to MS, my muscles were getting stiff and I started to lose feeling and significant movement in my left leg. Through an individualized program created by Marcin that focuses on different muscle groups, I have regained feeling and strength on my left side. My mobility and balance has also improved. Also during my journey, I had rotator cuff surgery. Marcin was in charge of my rehab and it was seamless. I was back in their facility within two weeks to keep the rest of my muscles moving and then eventually and slowly working on the shoulder.I am stronger and more energetic today because of the GhFitlab program.

I began using GHFitLab in Dec 2013 as part of a study of post cardiac patients and have been happily using their services twice a week ever since. Basically, their unique approach to muscle management and treatment has helped me regain my muscle strength and fitness and to maintain it over the past seven years. When I started with GH Fitlab I was at my wits end with left hip pain of 7-9 out of 10. I had seen several pain management doctors with no results. I gave GH Fitlab a try after one of the pain management doctors said he had nothing more he could do and he referred me to try GH Fitlab. I’ve worked out my entire life but VERY different than the GH Fitlab workout. I was abusing my body but I thought I was doing the best workout ever if I was so sore the next day that I could hardly move without pain. I now have ZERO hip pain and totally believe in GH Fitlab’s methods.
