Tinker & Chance Construction lists this address as the location of their Glenview office. Arvid Eiesland is listed as a Principal for T&C, it is obvious the two companies operate with some level of synchronization.I cannot stress enough how poor my experience was with T&C. The representatives I worked with from T&C, Jon Ferrera and Kjell Eiesland are both highly unqualified, inexperienced, incompetent and unaware of their lack of knowledge. My experience with them was eye-opening to say the least. I wouldn't even recommend them to my metaphorical worst enemy. Their mistakes and ignorance caused tens of thousands of dollars in labor, materials and delay-associated costs....read full review
