I've been using Carlson for a couple of winters, and this past winter of 2019-2020, they diagnosed that part of the reason the furnace would not "click on" when the temperature dropped below the set level, was that it needed a reworking of the humidifier, which had been improperly installed by the prior owner or developer. "Bo" came and did the installation; it took him over 3 hours, but the man used to build boilers in Europe, and he knew what he was doing. The furnace worked fine all winter -- no issues -- which is exactly what a customer wants it to do. Call MJ and get yourself scheduled with them!
Called and they were at my place within a couple of hours. Technician was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Had the furnace working in no time and the price was very reasonable considering the amount of work they did. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Unbelievable!I'm at work. My wife calls me and says the furnace is making noise. She puts the phone up to the furnace and it is making a terrible screeching noise. I called Carlson. The person on the phone was great and dispatched a technician immediately. Within 15min the tech was there. He diagnosed the issue, bad motor, called for a replacement, ordered and drove out to get the replacement and installed it. Total Lapsed Time: maybe 1-1/2 hours from start to finish!!!Indeed we have used Carlson in the past always good, but this time the service as over the top. They really know what they are doing!
