My children had the opportunity to see Dr. Klarck for their check ups today at the Crystal Lake location. Dr. Klarck was friendly, knowledgeable and provided a great experience. The staff at the Crystal Lake location are incredibly nice and my children look forward to going. Thank you for exceptional service.
We had an amazing experience from the time we stepped into the office till the time we checked out! Amy warmly greeted us and immediately engaged with my daughter! She offered her so many prizes and gave her a balloon with color of choice at the end. The facility is beautiful, clean and very pediatric friendly. Dr. Namie Kong was awesome, so sweet, patient and efficient! She walked us through everything and explained everything clearly. She was like a ninja, quick but thorough! I highly recommend this practice!
Dr Wale and Ortho coordinator/Receptionist Amy made beginner braces process and payment plan simple! Manager Kathy was very kind and helpful too. I’m looking forward to also be working with dental assistant Yareli who efficiently provided the start of my braces journey!
