Their one-hour, time-structured, coach-inspired workouts integrate HIIT and functional resistance training, proven to increase strength and stamina. The supportive coaches and community keep members motivated and push them to achieve faster results. The program is designed to help individuals of all fitness levels grow. The Patriot 40 challenge is rewarding and doesn’t feel like a strict diet, providing information for positive lifestyle choices. Workouts are varied, challenging, and never boring or redundant, giving a huge sense of accomplishment. Members see amazing improvements in muscle gain, endurance, flexibility, and body composition.
