The salon was so huge inside, very organized and clean as well. The staff was all very friendly down to reception. The group of clients was very diverse from kids to elderly and so many different ethnicities which made me feel comfortable getting my Pakistani textured hair done here. I worked with a student/intern Kaitlyn, she gave me the best wash I have ever had, I felt so relaxed she even massaged my temples. They use great products, many made by the owner herself, and have a wide variety of brands and products for your preference as well. Overall it was a 100/10 experience I will definitely be coming to Kaitlyn again in the future!

The service level, quality of products used, and expertise provided are unsurpassed and you will leave feeling beautiful and well taken care of. I have been going to the salon for over twenty years. The staff, facility and results are unmatched! Brenda has been my stylist for all those years. She is outstanding.
The greatest complement I can give Brenda, is that I never pay attention to what she is doing. For years (prior to Brenda), I would sit stiff and carefully watch and evaluate everything the stylist was doing (in the event a midcourse correct was required).
