Jeffrey did a fantastic job in explaining today's application & the results that I can expect to see. He was very professional & thourough & courteous. I'm four or five services in this year 2025. There's been an issue with how my account was set up that my fenced-in backyard was included in what the driver sees, but it was included by the salesman when he did the satellite view and priced it. I've made several phone calls to the local branch. Been on the website. Call the 1-800 number. Really tried. Hard to get this fixed. The only thing that's worked so far is being home when the driver gets here and talking to them personally. That is until today when I spoke to Aaliyah Taylor. This employee by far has been the best that we’ve had out. I was contemplating on canceling the service because previous employees were skipping the yard and not doing the internal area, This gentleman was awesome, very professional and very kind his name is Willie
