Highly recommend To Do's, not only for their selection, but for their customer service. The staff went above and beyond to help me with affordable balloon centerpieces for my son's 5th Birthday party!

Went in today as one of the many last minute buyers for eclipse glasses (yes, 2 hours before the celestial event, I was that person). The line was wrapped around the store, but the ladies at the counter handled it like a boss with their conveyor belt checkout technique.

I have went there prior to today to buy items for birthdays and special occasions and they always have what I want/need.

I stopped at To-Do’s because I needed Aluminum Pans, Pan Holders & Burners. Once in the store, it became apparent that they didn’t carry those supplies. The store Owner gave several suggestions, even offering to take us to Sam’s club so that we could get the Party Pack. Of course, I didn’t want to have her go out of her way, but she genuinely wanted to help us as we were from out of town. She hopped in her car and we followed her to Sam’s. After purchasing what I needed, I offered her $20 for helping me out and she emphatically declined to take the money.I know my story has nothing to do with the store itself, but if the store has owners/employees like this...read full review
