Have not been happy with company that took over the property from Herr funeral services. Parents' placard is not what was chosen to be ordered. Have gotten the run around about when it will be recast and put in place. The flower program is a sham. Not worth the trouble because they can't keep records straight. Christmas flowers STILL in vase and it is approaching August. Will be finding a local florist to assist in arrangements through the year. Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable and reliable facility for your loved ones especially if you do not live in the area.

When my grandmother passed away in November 2022 we already had a mausoleum for her at the cemetery. When we met the funeral home director he had very little sympathy and seemed far more concerned about talking about cost/money, this was absolutely insane as she was well taken care of financially and we were not asking about pricing. Then it took almost 6 months to have my grandmothers marble placed on her grave, they gave us the run around the entire time. I will say two things nice, the (I take it new) manager finally seemed to care about getting the marble placed on the mausoleum and the front desk girls always were kind. The cemetery itself is very nice and I do recommend it, but be careful using the funeral home.

I have been working with Serena to get everything coordinated for a full burial. She has been AMAZING. So detail oriented and she followed up with me and was sympathetic and professional with the family. She was so kind and helpful. Thank you Serena for all your help!
