Gebhardt Homes completed our home two months ago. During construction, we lived 850 miles away and the majority of our conversations were over texting, emailing or voice. Very little face to face. Brian was thorough and communicated with us often and was very easy to work with. He always answered our questions immediately and listened to what wanted. When asked, he gave us honest opinions. When we moved in, we did not have a ‘punch list’ of things that needed to be done. Everything was perfect!Our home is beautiful and very well constructed. We are extremely pleased with Gebhardt Homes and would not hesitate to recommend them.
