I called the company & the owner Mr Terry Kingery came over & professionally covered the hole to prevent any further damage.
Mr Kingery gave me an estimate for replacing my roof; explained the roofing product he uses; explained the warranty & what the warranty provided.
Yesterday, April 18, 2024, the roofing crew showed up & by yesterday evening the old roof was off & my new roof was installed. I am very happy.
