Scheduling can be a little chaotic and lengthy for dental but the staff has been amazing and friendly and they work with you. Always make sure you check in before your appointment so it isn't cancelled! They helped me stay calm through my procedure and made room for me to get in to get it finished a day later. Also, it's a huge plus that this place is immaculate.
I just had my first appointment with maple street. I do have to say after reading some of these reviews I was quite skeptical. All of the staff was very friendly and caring. I have a great fear of dentist and they really made me feel at ease. Needless to say I do have to have extensive dental work done and I'm not sure if I miss understood the plan because it seems like alot of initial appointments. However I have left a message so I can ask them and I am still waiting on a call back. I will update my review as the treatment. But so far some of these reviews seem to be very far fetched.
I have to be honest, the reviews had me worried, as I'm the type that likes to psych myself up over them; however, my experience at Maple Street Clinic was nothing but positive. The staff and the assistant, Amanda, were extremely kind and professional. Also I want to give a big thanks to Dr. Beckman. She was also very kind and reassuring. She took the time to answer every question I had and went over a plan for the future.I haven't had any dental work done here besides X-rays so far, but Amanda and Dr. Beckman made me feel so comfortable that I won't sweat it a bit next time. Thanks again!
