“I woke up this morning and discovered N O WATER, YIKES!!!! After calling city, neighbors to see if they had water, etc. decided I must call a plumber. One could come out on Monday. Today is Thurs. That wouldn't work. Finally called Alexander. The gentleman said he could be here in 30 minutes. And he was. Another one of his staff arrived shortly. They were courteous, put "booties" on to keep my floors clean. Diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Cannot beat their rates. Highly recommend Alexander Plumbing. Joan G.“

We truly had an emergency request since it was freezing cold all night- our furnace stopped working and the temperature inside our house was dropping fast by the morning. “We hired Ron Ross to replace our two outdoor leaking spigots. Completely replacing them involved cutting through the walls into our house to get to the pipes. The one in our master bathroom required taking out the drawers of our vanity and cutting through the back wall to access the pipe. Within a few minutes Ron came walking out of the bathroom holding something in his hand. He then plopped it into my hand. Lo and behold it was my diamond wedding band that I had been missing for over 3 years! I was ecstatic!<br><br>Ron is a very experienced and knowledgeable plumber and did a great job for us. It's a real bonus to know you have an outstanding plumber as well as the fact that he's a man with so much integrity and is so honest! We highly recommend Ron for all your plumbing needs.“

“Zack does an excellent job from start to finish, whether big or small projects- it doesn't matter. We provide electrical services to him and he is great to work for. He does it right and does not cut corners (unless you specifically ask him to cut corners, like for our new crown molding!) I asked about a tricky installation to a sloped ceiling at our house. We had called 4 carpenters who said that it was impossible without putting transition blocks in the corners. It was a small job, so we weren't sure that Zack would have time. He said that it was within his wheelhouse and got us scheduled to the first opening he had. Zack texted on the way to confirm and set up tarps once he arrived. After a practice cut and a few modifications, he got to work. He is incredibly patient, but efficient at the same time. When he finished there were a several little triangle cuts in the trash and he never needed the spare 12 footer that we bought just in case. It turned out perfectly and we get all kinds of compliments about our updated great room!“
