They actually helped me with an issue I was having with my TV!The President of the company actually drove out to my house, on a late Friday evening, to resolve a virus that infected my computer after one of my kids was surfing the internet. He had a ton of tools that were used to identify how much damage was caused by the virus and ensured everything was removed and my computer was safe again.
