I walked into Evolve Chiropractic shaped like a question mark and walked out like an exclamation point. Dr. Cody is basically a wizard disguised as a chiropractor. One second I was describing my back pain, and the next I was hearing sounds from my spine I’m pretty sure were Morse code for “thank you.”

The staff? Friendlier than a golden retriever at a barbecue. The vibe? Calmer than a yoga retreat in the mountains. The decor? Soothing enough to make me question my entire home aesthetic.

Dr. Cody didn’t just fix my back — they made me believe in the healing power of bone symphonies. My spine has never felt so aligned, my posture has never been so smug, and I may or may not be recommending this place to people in line at the grocery store.

I found Harmony Chiropractic through a Google search and was immediately impressed that every single review was 5 stars. After visiting, I completely understand why.

Dr. Curt and his team are incredibly warm, welcoming, and supportive. From the moment we walked in, we felt like family. The adjustments were gentle and caring — even my toddler smiled during every session!

Dr. Curt discovered that my daughter’s neck was missing its natural curve, something he explained can happen during childbirth or C-sections. He recommended a care plan of three visits a week for three months, which he believed could help with her teeth grinding and possibly even support her autism symptoms.

We committed — and we’re so glad we did. After three months, our daughter stopped grinding her teeth, began making full eye contact, started speaking more, and even began potty training. The changes have been incredible and beyond what we hoped for.

During those months, the Harmony staff became more than caregivers — they became a true source of love and encouragement. Their support made a meaningful difference in this journey.

“Dr. Michael Socha and his physical therapist team of Ellie and Angela, and office staff of Melissa and Cara are truly exceptional! They are caring and always are smiling.

I’ve had severe back pain (diagnosed as L5 degenerative disk and sciatica) about 15 years ago and visited a chiropractor for years. It was many months before the pain was tolerable. Over time, the back pain subsided to a “manageable” level. About 3 weeks ago, the back pain re-developed and was severe. I need to fly in two weeks’ time and explained to Dr. Socha that I’ve been unable to sit for more than 10 minutes without serious pain. He listened to my prior back history, examined the X-Rays, and felt confident I would be able to fly within 2 weeks. Miraculous is the only word I can describe with the combination of the adjustments by Dr. Socha, and physical therapy guided by Ellie over this short period of time. I’m able to move almost to a normal level, my back pain is minimal (still hurts when sitting for a couple hours), and the flights I took (2-3 hours of sitting) were a low pain level. I know I need additional treatments to alleviate the pain to essentially a 0 level and of course I’m convinced that Dr. Socha and his therapist team will get me there soon. But after just a few visits over the initial 2 weeks – I’m extremely pleased. Compared to working with a couple prior chiropractors in the past, Dr. Socha and his team are phenomenal - the best and only chiropractor I’ll continue to receive treatments. Ryleigh, the on-site fitness trainer, is terrific as well. My strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance have all greatly improved as a result of working with him these past couple of months. The active care sessions with Ryleigh are a perfect complement to the alignment treatments I’m receiving.

I have never been to a chiropractor before and was skeptical, but I am 100% sold now. This practice focuses not solely on alignment, but also on overall health and wellness (diet, exercise, mindfulness, etc.). I am so happy I decided to take the plunge and sign up.

“I've been taking my 2 month old here since he was about 5 weeks old - he was born 7 weeks premature, and during our two week stay in the nicu, I noticed he had some tension that affected his nursing. I brought my concerns to LFC and Dr. Jen immediately took those concerns seriously. I was a little apprehensive, with my little guy being so little, but decided with the help of my mom, who is also a patient of LFC, that he would be in good hands. “I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. J is! My 23 year old son just got home from his service in the Air Force this past August. He was diagnosed with a vestibular disorder right before he got out of the Air Force. My son was dizzy all the time. He couldn't get up from sitting down without feeling like he wanted to fall over. We were told that by his doctor that doing PT exercises at home would help him with the dizziness, but no matter what he did the dizziness would not go away. We really felt like there was no hope and that he would have to try and live with this for the rest of his life. A family friend of mine told me about Dr. J and said we should give him a try.
