I had a wonderful experience with Joan for my facial. She was warm, knowledgeable and made the experience very pampering. She would check in often to make sure I was comfortable and you can really tell she cares a lot of her clients and her craft. I appreciated her taking the time at the beginning to go over my forms and learn more about my skin and at the same time I liked her more holistic and natural approach towards skincare. She had great suggestions and advice on how to take care of my skin using products. I also was able to try out the sound therapy before the facial and that was new to me and was relaxing. I enjoyed the tuning fork treatment at the beginning as it helped calm me so I could fully enjoy the facial. I felt lighter after the treatment, my skin is hydrated, laugh lines are not as deep. My absolute favorite part is the facial massage. I'm setting up an appointment for my mom next time she visits. Joan is a delight and her facials are another wonderful way to incorporate self care. It would be fun place for a pre-prom treatment or middle school girl bday party.
