I called Riverside for a second opinion about our malfunctioning furnace and I'm glad I did. What was first diagnosed as a cracked heat exchanger ($$$) turned out to be an airflow issue caused by an old mouse nest in the exhaust. A quick blast with the shop vac and our problem was solved! John's experience and thorough investigation saved us a ton of money and frustration during the first days of needing heat. Highly recommended!

John Case (owner) installed duct work to a new 2nd floor bathroom, added a new humidifier to the furnace, and serviced the unit for the past 3 years. He provided outstanding workmanship in all his work, is very knowledgeable in all HVAC subjects, and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him if you need any sort of HVAC work.
