“Michel’s crew repiped our water line from the street with copper to bypass the old lead line. They accomplished this with minimal disturbance by using their auger drill from across the street guided with ground reading sensors. They mapped it out and brought the line up from under the basement floor without damaging the 1850’s limestone foundation and then repaired the floor. The old utilities were, shall we say, from another time. They are efficient and experienced with their guidance system. We recommend them highly and without reservations as they are adept at the old skills and the new technology.“

I wanted the same brand, Bradford White, as it lasted so long and American made and most other areas plumbers installed what was in stock. I found Plumb it through Bradford White's service finder and within minutes of filling out a quote request online I was called to confirm my type and size and given a reasonable price for the tank, installation and removal of the existing, and they scheduled for the next morning. Plumb it showed up on time. The brought everything in an out with ease and left no mess. The new tank was in and operational in less than 2 hours from arriving. I will use for my future needs.“

“Zack does an excellent job from start to finish, whether big or small projects- it doesn't matter. We provide electrical services to him and he is great to work for. He does it right and does not cut corners (unless you specifically ask him to cut corners, like for our new crown molding!) I asked about a tricky installation to a sloped ceiling at our house. We had called 4 carpenters who said that it was impossible without putting transition blocks in the corners. It was a small job, so we weren't sure that Zack would have time. He said that it was within his wheelhouse and got us scheduled to the first opening he had. Zack texted on the way to confirm and set up tarps once he arrived. After a practice cut and a few modifications, he got to work. He is incredibly patient, but efficient at the same time. When he finished there were a several little triangle cuts in the trash and he never needed the spare 12 footer that we bought just in case. It turned out perfectly and we get all kinds of compliments about our updated great room!“
