Jacob did a wonderful job. My water heater was leaking and he replaced if with a new unit in a couple hours. No hassle and very professional. I would recommend J & R Herra for all your plumbing needs. I love working with family owned businesses.
Don T. arrived on time yesterday to assess the problem with my sump pump battery. Based on his findings, the age of my sump pump and battery backup, I decided to replace them. Don returned the next day with the new equipment and installed them. Because of the location of the pit (in a cabinet) this was not an easy replacement. He also offered some asthetic advice on protecting the equipment within the cabinet.

One morning going down to the basement, found it flooded with water pouring out the water heater
Shut off the faucets and called J R Herra
John showed out in one hour, skillfully replaced the safety switch and installed an extra safety
