Carlos is my hero. I signed up for the service and then read some bad reviews. I thought i had been foolish. However, the service people that treated my house appeared thorough. Then today, Carlos came for my service and removed and treated a humongous hornet nest on my upper floor window. -I had no idea it was there. I am very allergic and could die if stung. He also treated a small wasp nest. In addition to being a complete professional, Carlos was very calming and friendly.

Dave's service and professionalism were outstanding! He loves what he does and is great at it. My wife and I wanted the interior treated, but were not home at the time. Dave waited about 10 minutes until we got home and treated the inside of our house. We are grateful to Dave and hope to see him for our next quarterly inspection.

While I've only been working with EcoShield for a few months, I have always been impressed with their service. Today, they came out to treat a random ant infestation and my satisfaction is on par with what I've grown to expect from EcoShield. Today's technician, Chico, was incredibly professional and friendly. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do and kept me informed around keeping our dogs inside for approximately 30 minutes to err on the side of extra caution (and also told me that the chemicals are very safe). GREAT service! Thanks Chico.
