Dawn's service was recommended to me on Nextdoor, so I gave her company a shot. Unfortunately on the first day of cleaning, I noticed that her employee ate one of my bananas. I know it's just a banana, but, it's about trust. Dawn's service was terminated immediately.

There were 2 ladies. I asked what cleaning activities did they do? They did not do the things they told me. I have vinyl plank upstairs and they did not even wash the floor. I had a cobweb hanging from my bathroom ceiling after they left. My floors on the main level were not washed only stiffened. They did not dust all the Shades. I do t have time to monitor these people. They should be able to do the work without the customer following them around. I paid $280 and they left in less than 2 hours. I have a 4000 square foot 3level home. Very poor service. I will be sharing my experiences with others.Services: General housekeeping

I have used Dawn's Domestic Cleaning around 2+ years. I went from 1/month to bimonthly. The ladies are kind, friendly, and thorough. They get the job done in a thorough and timely manner. Dawn is great about being flexible if needed (I've had to adjust periodically) and always communicates via text reminders on day and ETA. I definitely recommend!Service: Standard cleaning
