Had an appointment scheduled, and, like other people have said Brian never showed up to his appointment. I called, called, and called! No answer, this company is a waste of your time and unfortunately, it’s the only one that my warranty was willing to use at the time.

Twice we have had appts. Scheduled and twice they have not shown up. They have earned their "F"rating with the BBB. I would t even give them a 1 star but it wont post unless I give that.

I had a good experience with this company. I don't know why there are so many poor reviews on here. I had filed a service request through HSA too and JKPH LLC contacted me promptly about setting up a same-day appointment to have my A/C serviced when it was broken. The technician had to get a part and bring it back two days later to install it, but he did his job and seemed to do a good job at it because our A/C is working again! I appreciated their customer service and I felt they were prompt and helpful when I had questions. The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is because the technician was a little grumpy when I told him our A/C was in the attic (crazy, I know) and...read full review
